DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC, CARGO TRANSPORTATION HAS BEEN REDUCED BY 85% TO MAKE ROOM FOR ESSENTIALS AND HEALTHCARE SUPPLIES. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THIS MATTER. WE CAN CONTACT COURIERS (WHICH WE DO NEARLY EVERYDAY, HENCE THE INFORMATION ABOVE) BUT WE CANNOT CONTROL WHEN YOUR ITEM LEAVES A FACILITY. PLEASE BE PATIENT DURING THIS CONFUSING TIME FOR EVERYONE. 

Very few of our items do take up to four weeks to ship to you, but most items will reach you much sooner. Due to recent worldwide events, items may take up to a month and a half to reach customers. If you have a question on a specific product, do not hesitate to reach out. Rest assured, we will take care of you to our best ability! We are here for you to make your experience much easier! International buyers may have to pay custom fees, but this is a very, very rare occurrence! We handle everything very smoothly for the most part, but we like to keep it transparent so you're not surprised! Once again, this is a very, very rare occurrence, but we will work with you whatever the case.

Return Policy!

If you are having an issue with your item, please contact us at support@kawaiikandi.com.

We will do our best to troubleshoot this issue and if it is still not resolvable, you have 14 days to prove the issue is not resolvable, and we will work with you from there towards an exchange or return. 

Given the fact that we pay for shipping to get the items to you, if the address is incorrect or if you need to return an item, you will be responsible for either re-shipping the item to the correct address and/or you are responsible for paying for shipping for your return.
